     You may very well be able to fix your problem yourself. Many common problems can be fixed using the list manager or by updating your information in the rutgers online directory. The documentation contains fixes for common problems that can be performed by the end user.


Contact Support

     When you contact support, please include the exact address of the mailing list and a clear description of the problem you are experiencing. You should also send the request from the address experiencing the problem if at all possible.
